Ligne Roset, the French furniture brand, is strengthening its presence in New York City with two completed projects: a renovated flagship store and a new Midtown location. The flagship features a fresh, elegant design that reflects the company’s long tradition of refined style. An international team led the midtown space across three time zones to combine new ideas with the brand’s heritage.

DEMO Architects approached the Park Avenue South renovation with a delicate hand, drawing out the elegance of the historic establishment. The refreshed showroom aligns the interior more closely with the maison’s design ethos while respecting the bones of the building.

The entryway sets a serene first impression, leading into radiant limewashed interiors. Softly textured walls catch the light in subtle gradients throughout the day, creating a backdrop where the furniture reads with clarity, bold yet composed, sculptural yet livable.

The new version of Ligne Roset's Park Ave flagship location reaffirms their identity in New York: a signature atmosphere of elegance and continuity, setting the stage for the brand’s evolving presence in the city.
