Gramercy House

A modern living space facing one of New York’s most fascinating park.

This Gramercy Park apartment, built in 1928, lacked natural light. This was compounded by dark wood flooring throughout, with many spaces feeling claustrophobic. Removing a bedroom and expanding the kitchen allows us to open more windows to the central dining room and entryway. Reflective ceilings and light finishes maximize this effect for a comfortable and functional space.
